Left and center is after about 10min with Starwax aluminum cleaner and a de-comissioned electric toothbrush.
The manifold was blasted, but after some years it needs effort to be acceptably looking again. Trying to find the best way of cleaning it without dismantling half of the car. I watched Kent's video, but most of the stuff he recommends is not available here.
