Title: NEED APPRAISAL IN BALTIMORE AREA.....

Can anyone gives some guidance on who to use. The seller took the car to a local shop and now he wants to sell it for them. NEED SOMEONE who will not try to buy it away from me.. HELP!

I'm not clear on the problem here.
You say the seller of the car you are interested in is now selling it for the shop.  Meaning the car is still available for sale to you.
Is that correct?

the inspector wants to represent the seller in selling the car.
