Can anyone identify the Clamp that mounts in this hole at the front drivers side of the engine block behind the power steering reservoir?
I have a couple of candidates and I'm not sure which one is the winner. My notes say that it held the oil line going to the oil cooler.

Is this not the hole where the 10mm set screw goes into, which secures the tach thrust bushing piece in place on the vertical timing gear?

Aha! Right you are! I had forgotten that.
However, I still recall there being a clamp around the power steering fluid container that holds the oil line that runs to the oil cooler. Maybe it mounts under the bolt for the power steering fluid container?

Yes the power steering resv. mounting bracket is installed, then a clamp holds the resv. to the bracket. A special rounded-end bolt secures the bracket to the block. It's rounded end prevents the timing chain from "tooth-
jumping" on the injection pump chain sprocket.
