Title: Matching color between steering wheel, horn pad, shift ball?

Hi everybody,
Does anyone know if there is a rule for matching interior colors?
It seems to me I have already read something about that, but I cannot find it again:

Any relationship between these components: horn pad, steering wheel, shift ball, ashtray, windows levers pad?
