Hello everybody,
While rebuilding my pump, I realized that one of the cylinders of the plungers is different, 5 have on the side of the cylinder a little hole where the hi pressure oil goes in to the element the form the seal. It seams like the pump have had work before and in one of those events the cylinder was replaced. The thing is that now my pump won't be lubricating on one of the plungers if I reasamble it with my current cylinders
My pump model is PES6KL70/120R11
See the pictures. You will see what I mean. The picture is of the cylinder with the lubrication hole.
I need one just like that. I called German Star and they can't help, I have tried to call to Pacific injection services with no luck
Once again thanks for your guidance

Eduardo, normally the rebuilders should have access to the parts.
When I was looking for some parts for my pump (just check valves and seals) I used this site to determine Bosch numbers: http://www.bosch-automotive-catalog.com/pl/product-search and then I found some on e-bay and amazon.
Some parts may be available from Mercedes through EPC/Webparts and Classic Centre, but small hope.
But regular Bosch services failed - probably the rebuilders will have it 9it is just they want to rebuild the pumps, not to sell parts). Some consideration may be buying a used pump for parts.

I have a pump that I've used for parts and may have one. Have to find it though.........
