Title: Detailing Engine Compartment Experience

I replaced the old firewall on my 250SL with a new one from Budz Benz.  Looks great, except now the engine compartment and engine look not so good.  I would love to learn about your experience with cleaning the engine and engine compartment.  Did you do it yourself and with what difficulties?  Did you have a detailing service do the work?
Just wondering.  Thanks in advance for sharing!

Use our "Search" function (the one above after Technical Manual) enter Detailing then search you will find many posts and perhaps what you are looking for.

About cleaning the aluminum parts to the 113. Was very handy three step process.
Cost a few bucks but was worth it.
