Hi Giorgio,
Firstly, congratulations on you purchase. I trust you will be happy and have lots of fun with the cars.
Secondly, welcome to this forum. You have come to the right place, there are very talented poeple that will be able to assist you.
I suggest you goto the 'Drive train, suspension, etc' section and search and read up as much as you can regarding the problem. This will help you to understand the system as well as help you to diagnose and accurately describe the problem and get the best advise from the smart guys on the forum.
You gearbox slipping is most probably an adjustment rather than something serious.
Note, the adjustment of the butterfly on the intake ventury is NOT the idle adjustment screw. The idle adjustment is a large round screw on the intake manifold. This is probably where your problem lies.

Thanks ive Hurd about trying to adjust the intake I recently had the linckage repairs on the transmission but some also said it could be the timing

Hi Giorgio,
I don't think the engine timing wiill effect the gearbox slipping. However, the timing, points and plugs must be in good order and properly setup. Then the fuel injection, throttle linkage, etc must be setup correctly. Before fiddling with the gearbox linkages.
Read up and do the 'linkage tour', which will include setting up the CSS(constant speed solenoid)
Now read up as much as you can on the gearbox linkages, the throttle switch, the 3 way solenoid and the kick down switch.
Good luck.
Chris

As I and other members have pointed out many many times, and got told off by some Associates for doing so, it is pointless telling people to do the linkage tour unless they are actually Full Members with full Tech Manual access.
Then when they find they cannot get access they message the Membership Administrator and seek to know why they cannot get access. :o
The Linkage Tour is in the Premium area of the tech manual and not available to all/any Associates.
