Title: Fuel filter torque spec-280SL

Replacing the original(brass) fuel filter with the OEM replacement(aluminum) and wondering what the torque specs for tightening are.

None that I'm aware of. If it leaks, it's not tight enough.

Pretty easy to over tighten aluminum threads and have them strip out!

I think the pipe inside the housing is steel so it shouldn't strip the threads. Fuel will leak out of a very small opening and that's why you might need to keep tightening until it stops leaking.
