Title: Radios: OEM or not?

I have a Becker Europa AM/FM radio in my '71 280SL.  I've seen some cars with Blaupunkt radios.  My understanding was that the Becker stereos were OEM.  Were some cars sold with Blaupunkts as standard equipment?
