Title: Trunk Side Covers 1970 280SL

 Hi... I'm looking for trunk photos showing how the left side trunk cover is mounted and how the plastic fuel vent canister mounts to the cover. I'm not sure if "cover" is the correct term.  Mine had pretty much discintigrated when I disassembled my 1970 280SL 7 years ago and then replaced the quarter panels. Thanks very much.... John

Hi John

I have a 1970 280SL. I suggest you take a photo(s) of your car so we can see clearly what shots you need and then we can take equivalent photos from ours and share with you.

 Actually I think I have figured it out based on some photos I was able to obtain off the internet and info in the technical manual. Thanks though for your response. J
