Title: Bosch Tradition 12v battery now being produced/distributed.

Looks like they are now being produced and distributed. No listings in North America yet but I'm sure someone will find a way

They look terrific, evertything ok until one sees the price...  Some 4-to 500 Euros. Very unfortunate.

Don't use that one, it's clearly wrong !! :-X :'(
Albeit being faaar tooo expensive, the new Bosch battery might look nice but it is clearly not correct for our Pagodas. :o
Pagodas never had batteries with open pole bridges connecting the cells. Only 190 SLs and older cars had that but not our beloved Pagodas. Our SLs always had grouted pole bridges.

See 49er's car(s); that's how an original Varta battery looked like.
AFAIK Bosch batteries were never used in our cars when new. Only Varta or Hoppecke. Maybe something else. But always with closed bridges between the cells.
