Hi, Is the a 230sl mechanist in Monterey County? I have used Marlow Mercede-Werk with small things, but cannot tune the engine right.

A bit far, but a good option if you don't find something closer: MB Garage in San Mateo. They've done rest work on my 280SL over the years.

Alan,

Use Joe from Classic Coach Works in Downtown Monterey, across from the Sports Center. He works on my 230SL and is the best.
