Title: Identifying rear axle ratio
Post by: cfm65@me.com on March 24, 2016, 19:22:50
Hi Guys,
I am planning to fit a 3.46 diff in my 250SL. How would I ID such a diff, is the ratio stamped on the case?
Which model used a 3.46?

The 3.46 was used on the W108 with the 3.5 motor.  Such as 280SE 3.5.  They are rare in the US because that model was never officially imported here.
