Hi
My friend has a pagode and when the engine is cold then the car has all the power and go's in hi rpm.
When the engine is getting warmer the power slowly going away and its not possible to make rpm.
If you stop the engine then its very hard to get it started again.
If the engine is warm you dont have enough power to start from standing still.
Does someone had the same problem?

Hello Frank,
Check the injection pump rack to make sure it is not stuck. Also check the fuel pressure in the system. It should be 11-15 psi. You could have a fuel delivery problem, plugged filter, or plugged screen in the fuel tank or electric fuel pump.

As Joe suggested, Check fuel pressure first, preferably when it is acting up. Sounds as if its going lean as it heats up. A fuel pump going south will usually act up when it gets hot. Did this start happening all of the sudden or was it a progressive issue?
Doesn't sound like a stuck IP rack, it would happen all of the time.

Frank,
Take a look at this photo and also go to the "injection pump tour" and get familiar with the injection pump and its parts.
