Title: 280SL 1968

I bought DUNLOP 195/75/14 tyres  with white wall, but the spare wheel won't fit in the dedicated place in the rear boot?
Do I have some thing wrong?
Or is it normal because they are are higher and wider than originals?

I have 205 70/14 on my 280 SL and the spare does fit in the trunk just fine. Can you post some photos so we can better understand what the problem might be?

Correct, it fits....
Just didn't engage the right way!!!
