Title: Water Inserts/Distributors For Late 280SL Cylinder Head, How Many of Which Size?

Can anyone please assist with which of the following part numbers and what quantity of each are required for a late 280SL cylinder head (1970 model). These are the water inserts or water distributors to help cool the cylinder head and as I understand are pressed into the head. These were missed off my parts order and may delay the head rebuild and reinstallation.

The EPC shows 3 each 127 016 08 60 and 1 each 127 016 04 60.
