Title: 250SL 280SL Crank Specifications

I need to know what std, 1st under, 2nd under for both the rod and main journals so I can get my crank miked, polished and magnafluxed and turned if necessary.  Help please?

Hello 356er,

first repair size rods:       47.715mm - 47.705mm
second repair size rods:      47.465mm - 47.455mm

first repair size on mains:   59.715mm - 59.705mm
second repair size mains:     59.465mm - 59.455mm

axial thrust bearing clearence 0.1mm -0.24mm

crankshaft main bearing radial clearence new 0.045mm - 0.065mm
crankshaft main bearing axial clearence new 0.10mm - 0.24mm
crankshaft rod bearing radial clearence new 0.035mm -0.055mm
crankshaft rod bearing axial clearence new 0.11mm - 0.23mm

Critical wear limit of main and rod bearing journals 0.02mm
