Title: Wipers - which way is up///////

Which side is under the other wiper arm?  I have seen pics both ways.  ALSO - is there any grommet, spacer, between the arm and the shaft from motor?

The arms should be positioned so, that the arm on top is the one on the passenger side. Thus, there is a difference between RHD and LHD Pagoda cars.
