Title: Trouble updating profile

Sorry if this is a FAQ but I couldn't find the info. I'm trying to update my profile and add an avatar but I can not update using a URL or uploading a file. Any suggestions.

I've cleared your profile picture. Please make sure you have a small picture, give it a different name than the last one, and try uploading it again. Make sure it is less than 300x300 pixels and that the name is unique and simple.
