Title: Thermostat

Hello,
I am to change the thermostat in my late 280 SL Engine, and there are two versions available at SLS where I usually buy stuff here in Europe, one for 79 degrees Celsius and one for 83 degrees. Any advice on which to pick?

Hi,
the 83°C opens later, some call it winter thermostat but that is not the right description in my opinion.
