Title: mechanic for PPI in San Clemente, CA area

Hi...i am interested in a car in the San Clemente, CA area and was wondering if someone could recommend a qualified mechanic for a PPI?

Maybe start with the Classic Center in Irvine.  If they don't do PPI's they can probably recommend someone in OC who does.
