Title: What are option codes: 202 and 233 ?

On my 68 280 SL data card, there are codes in the "Wenig GewOnscht" boxes that states  202   233  740.    I know that the 740 is Black 9002 soft top (at least I think I know this)....but cannot locate 202  nor  233 on any of the data card translation codes.

I pretty much have the rest of the data card translated.

Any ideas?

Did you check the technical manual: http://www.sl113.org/wiki/DataCard/OptionCodes ?
If yes, then you should have seen this:
"201 - 209   Betriebsanleitung, Wartungsheft, Hinweisschilder in versch. Sprachen   Owners Manual, Service booklet, various labels in various languages"

Also, did you click on the link: http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~mtor/mbcodedsc.html ?
If you did you might have read this:
"233    from 01.12.1966  to 30.11.1969     FOGLAMP WIRING FOR FRANCE/U.S.A."

202 has two listings "EINFAHRANWEISUNG DEUTSCH (KUNDENDIENSTHEFT + BETRIEBSANWEISUNG) 1FEB63 TO 28FEB63 (operating care instructions book)
 next is "REIFENDRUCKSHILD UND HINWEISSCHILD FUER VERDECKBEHANDLUNG - 1SEP63 TO 30NOV63(note and plate for roof treatment)

For 233

There are several listings

First is for rear axle with 1:4.08 miles (sort of guessing on that) 1OCT 63 to 30 Nov 66
second is NEBELSCHEINWERFERSCHALTUNG - FRANKREICH/USA 1 DEC 66 TO 30NOV69 (fog lamp circuit for France)
third is NEBELSCHEINWERFER-SONDER SCHALTUNG FRANKRIECH, SCHWEIZ, AUSTRALIEN, SCHWEDEN, NORWEGEN (Foglight special circuit) 1 Dec 69 to 31 Jul 1992

Translations from Google, and they missed the first words in each of the 202 ones listed above. I think I have them spelled correctly (I apologize to my German friends if I transposed something and the translation of my mistake is not so nice!)

Thanks Alfred.... Yes, I did see the 201 - 209 as I went through the detail of multiple pages in the Tech Manual...but your description cleared up any confusion for me.  This car was delivered to Switzerland...so I am assuming this 202 is language for the manuals.

233 I did not see as I didn't click the additional link.  Thanks to Alfred and JonnyB for clearing that up.

Einfahranweisung is "Running-in instructions".  Kundendienstheft is Service booklet, Betriebsanweising is Operating instructions.
Reifendruckschild is a Tirepressure sticker
Hinweisschild fuer Verdeckbehandlung is Softop operation instruction sticker

Obviously I am Dutch, any mistakes will be mine…
