Title: Late drive

I don't usually drive my mercedes at night, but had to get one more trip before she has to be parked for the winter. I noticed when I had the high beams on the brake light goes on also ( blue and red directly above it. Anybody have an idea? Is this normal?

Certainly not normal, but had not heard of this one before. Will be most curious to learn.

Ah,
You are referring to the center cluster instrument, are you?

Don't exactly know what the reason is but sounds like a wiring gremlin.

Have you checked for proper ground of the center instruments cluster?
Any other weird bliniking with the other bulbs of the same instrument?
