Yesterday, I could not resist buying a Jaguar Xk8R black of 2004.
It is a coupe, since I didn't want another cabrio would jeopardize driving my pagode at sunny days, Rudy

Good choice. I have loved the xk8 since they came out. I have been toying with buying one while the prices are still low hoping that they will be a collectors item later. My only concern is modern cars are so much more complicated that I am not sure how I could ever figure out how to restore when as needed.

Yes, the looks of this model are great.I bought a post 2002 to avoid problems of the 4.0 engine.Didn't want a later model then 2004,because they don't look that nice.I expect there will be more issues then on a Mercedes in the lifespan.But they look and drive so nice.So let' s hope for the best.
