Why do you think (when I looked) there are no bids!
While messing about with cars is IMHO is OK, remember that's how MG started... However I would of used Mercedes parts, like a 6.3litre v8 :) .
I have a big old BMW 3.0CSI which I am updating by using parts from a 1992 5-series (cheap as chips here) by adding such things as better brakes, ABS, Modern ECU etc then I end up with a "classic" daily driver

(http://www.sl113.org/forums/uploaded/Albert-230SL/200492125910_lloron2.gif)... from this pictures, it seems that the front of the car weights more than usual...

Very interesting! The counter says 807 people looked at it and nobody made a single bid. Why do you think that is?

Very interesting. I would raise the front end it looks too low but what a sleeper. Too bad its not a 6.3. or 4.5 V8 conversion
