Yea, I missed my chance at the M-100 Group's LodeStar event in St. Louis.  I ended up not being able to go and I don't think any other Pagodas were there either.

Maybe we can reprint the Bracque article at some point in the future (with Mercedes' permission, of course).

Here is a picture of the master automotive designer from the early years.  Has anyone had any conversations with him about the Pagoda design development?

Our entire group was invited to Lode Star Fest 2004 in St. Louis this summer (see Events forum) and I don't think anyone went.  There was a write up in the latest SL Market Letter regarding the event and they spoke very highly of Mr. Bracq.  He's very conversational and enthusiastic regarding the car designs he was involved with and apparently, even through a translater, he's a joy to talk with.  We all had our chance!
