The antique Donald Duck car in my daughter's room has 313 on the license plate.

I just looked it up and "It is said that Donald Duck's license plate number is 313 because he was supposed to have been born on the thirteenth of March."  Must be true because it was on the internet.

Re: Planes don't have license plates.  That is true.  Except when the plane is flown by a duck.  Ducks need license plates, of course.
