Hi

Would anyone know a good value place for Michelin or Vredstein tyres for the pagoda in the UK? Thanks

I've always used this place:
http://www.vintagetyres.com/

BUT last week a friend told me that they are available cheaper elsewhere. I'll see if I can find out where.

Has anybody else noticed what appears to be a white Pagoda at the end of the Goodyear TV commercial currently running in the UK?  I find it interesting, as they no longer make a tire that fits the car...

Advertising is usually done by people in advertising so lacking in technical knowledge!
Here in the UK MB send out a trade flyer. Recently they had a multiple choice competition that involved putting a year of manufacture to photos of various cars. I wrote to them and told them that they had not provided a correct answer at all for one of the questions because they showed a picture of a 107 with flat face alloys and a front spoiler but the (in)correct answer that they wanted you to choose was 1974! (Should have had Mexican hat alloys and no spoiler).
They sent me a nice letter back with a USB stick in the shape of a gullwing.
