Personally, I run Michelins... but if you're quick at the end of this you'll see a white with cognac 280!

Hi James, Did they shoot your Pagoda 280 SL during this commercial? Looked nice there at the end rushing down the highway at the end.

That scenery is in Oz or Sth Africa if I had to guess...
-
Short ad but very enjoyable. The road and scenery look like a dream for Pagoda motoring...

I'm with JamesL. Looks like Chapmans Peak near Cape Town. Drove it once, regrettably without a Pagoda. Can someone from South Africa confirm ?

Doesn't look like anywhere in Australia that I can see. Nothing so rugged or snowy and number plates are longer than here.

Certainly the Cape - but I can't see Chapman's Peak in it. I used to drive it often, and know it well.
In the 80's, before Chapman's Peak was closed from rock falls (and then became a toll road) we used it often for vintage car rallies. Great memories.
It could well be on the road from Gordon's Bay to Hermanus via Rooi Els (the coastal Route). Just as beautiful, but not as dramatic.

I thought Chapmans peak but it's heading the wrong way - looks to me like it's heading down TO the point in which case the sea would be on the right and the mountains to it's left.

is this not simply the Big Sur in CA?

Driving a RHD car on the left side of the road. Possible...
-
Highway One at Big Sur in California would have a double-yellow line in the middle dividing the two-way traffic.

...and if it were a LHD car in Spain or Portugal? Ad makers can easily confuse the viewers with simple tricks such as flipping the video or photo...
