Title: TIG Welding soft top frame

Had a piece snap off my soft top frame last summer (round spring attaches here), and we are TIG welding it back on.   We removed the screws (had to grind out the peaning) to access the area.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Better to fix than to buy a new Frame.......

I mig welded mine on and as there is room you can weld in a reinforcement piece.
