Title: 280SL Wiper Fuse - The Short 25

I have a blown fuse for my wipers on my 71 280SL. My position #2 (the wipers, lighter, etc.) is the short 25 type referred to in the technical manual. It also says those are getting hard to find. Does anyone know where I can buy a few? Alternatively, is the removal of the "cap" on fuse position #2 a better idea, and then go with a traditional length 25? I'm not an expert, so I don't know if that is advisable. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Call David at Bud' Benz (http://budsbenz.com/), he sells the short fuses.
