It's a music video, not an ad.  Supergeil - which can translate to Super {horny, randy, lecherous, rich, wicked}

It really is an ad - for Edeka, a supermarket chain. They're telling us their house brand is cool and sexy:

Stan, TV time is not cheap in Germany, I don't think so. Programs are normally not interrupted by commercials like they are in North America. They show them at the start or end of the program, therefore long ads like the one you posted are okay. I agree it is a long commercial for a chain of stores quite well done ...

Being in advertising myself, I doubt that this spot is meant to be on TV, but it's more of a viral stunt meant to be spread on the internet - like we just did :-)
BTW, I'm seriously considering re-naming my W123 "Supergeil" (although its' current name Bismarck is also appropriate since its big, grey, German, filled with holes and not exactly waterproof…)
