…. Can you spot the Pagoda? Is out a 230, 250 or 280?
In 2009 I was at the Stuttgart Classic Centre, they had only a handful of cars in the showroom (all the rest must have been in the back ~ have to see next time I'm there if I can see the rest). Good site to explore if you have not seen it before.

It's only a 12 minute drive from the Mercedes Museum in Stuttgart (if you check it on Google Map).

The red one in the night last picture must be a 230 SL; based on all the mirrors is why I think it is.

White one is a 230 with what looks like the chrome strip on the rear hood bow of the soft top and the red is also a 230 with the swan mirrors.

This one here?
It's the Boehringer Pagoda Replica that the Classic Centre used for about 8 - 10 years from 2002 on until the real Boehringer Pagoda (No. 000014) was discovered again.
Now that replica rallye car is without use and I heard it is going to converted back to stock and then for sale.

The white 300SL with the ponton type fender mounted turn signal lamps is the only fiberglass 300SL ever built.
It was built by the factory as a prototype to evaluate fiberglass as a body material.
It is the only one.
