Title: indicator relay - which way to wire up.

I have one of the old relays, but not the exact one, this one is a bosch 0336257001 which 4 large round connection and one small.   it was working fine, but need to sort the connections and lost how to re connect!  I have only 3 wires on the car, one live two non live.   On the relay I have five pins 15, M2 31, 54. and small with nothing.

Any ideas?
