Title: Sloppy/play Iine window regulator

Coming down stretch to get to Williamsburg for the 50th!!!!!
New window regulator mechanisms installed, there is still play in lifting mechanism which doesn't allow window on drivers side to go up and down. We have checked all hardware, guides, etc ...and have cleaned and regreased  everything. Still wont have full range of motion. Any suggestions?????  Thanks everyone in advance for any suggestions!
