Title: Coming To Scotland Part 1

Well here is the poor thing just before pick up....
(I kind of feel guilty of showing such a mess with all your fantastic cars here)
I guess I have my work cut out.
For those of you who are interested the car was bought "new" in 1965 in New york state by my sister in law, however I am not sure if it could be because of the headlights, and the instruments are in kilometers and centigrade, maybe it was a personal import by the dealer, is that possible???
I assume I can trace it's roots from the VIN number all pointers appreciated.

Looks like the dog is very attached to the car. I think he will miss it. :)

Actually your probably right
He couldn't be more helpful while I got on with the job of making sure the old dear rolled, steered and the hand brake worked!

Malc the car you are importing is a left hand drive. I don't know if your intentions are to keep it that way or if you are planning to convert it to right hand drive. You may be intrested in this. There is a W113 body with suspension on ebay for sale in the UK. The auction # is 2485305574. You may want to check it out.
