Title: write up in classiccars?
Post by: n/a on July 21, 2004, 12:14:44
Did anyone see the three page write-up on our cars in the
feb issue? and if not I will try to get permission to
post it on this site.

One of the UK magazines did a write-up on best everyday classics to own. I think it was Classic & Sports Cars.

Personally, I've gotten to the point where I like seeing the articles, but no longer feel compelled to buy them or even read them all that carefully.

Basically, they all say what we already know: We made the right decision!

I had heard that there was a W113 article in Thoroughbred & Classic Cars, either the March or April issue.  I have tried to find recent back issues of T&C to no avail.  It was not in Classic & Sports Car - I have a subscription to that one!

What you all are referring to is a February 2004 issue of classiccars of England. I have the issue. It was surprising that within a week of it's issue you could not find it in shops or stands.
If anyone wishes to get in touch, here is the web site:
