Last Saturday, after an eventful gathering with other Pagoda Group members in Poland, I was heading back home, when I was waived by a bride… quite intrigued, I stopped hoping that I would save an innocent soul and that she wanted to flee with me, but unfortunately she only asked me if her and her new hubby could have some pictures with my Pagoda. Apparently, she dreamt about wedding pics in a vintage car… Given my sensitive heart, I couldn't resist, so here there are :D:

Nice aluminum wheels. Where are the wheel covers? ???
-
With or w/o the hub caps , that car is smoking hot ....
-
Very Cool Stan, I always new you had a big heart. :)
-
Nice car ... I hope he did not push too hard since the trunk is made from aluminium :) with hub cups would have even looked better ... hope no one pinched them from you?
(Looks almost like mine ~ my colour in 1969 was BLUE DB 903 I think)

Great photo!

my hubcaps are still at the renovation shop awaiting their paint coat... :)
and no, he wasn't pushing too hard. The poor guy looked quite exhausted and certainly was. He told me that they just had a series of pics where he carried the bride… ;D

Stan, that paintwork looks amazing !!
Looks like the bride is searching for the keys !!! :)
-
Franjo,
No sure what he was searching for, but hope that he found it elsewhere than in my Pagoda ;D
As for the paintwork, this new coat was put in March this year. I am actually quite surprised that it shines so much on the pictures as the car was quite dusty, after a day of driving partially on dirt roads.
here is the last pic

poor guy, you can see right from day one who's in control (she being behind the steering wheel) :)
-
Is she aware her dress is hanging out the door? I saw this another time driving in the rain. Bridal partly in a limo with the brides dress hanging out the door sloshing on the wet street!

Shaun,
In fact, at the start of the session, the guy - without any hesitation - wanted to take the driver's seat. Knowing that those pictures will be watched by americans, I had an idea to demonstrate some political correctness and asked them to swap seats. And this setting prevailed for the rest of the session. ;)
However, your remark that the girl shows off who is in control works in nearly all circumstances except for one: imagine that there is an abyss just in front of the car….. ;D

Very smart Stan.
