Title: broken window regulator arm
Post by: jmbour on June 10, 2013, 15:15:19
Hello !

I intended to open the left door of my Pagoda to fix a rattling window.
But before I started, I had another problem : the window get stuck. somebody tried to lift it anyway, and broke the regulator arm : the window can be lifted by hand, but the crank is not operating anymore.
When I opened the door, I found a broken arm.
It seems that this quite usual, and that they broke all the same way, so Bud's is selling  a repair kit on Ebay in the US.

I think the best solution for me is to find not too far from France, a repair kit, or a used regulator (a new, complete regulator sells for 700 euros).
Does anybody know a good source for a repair kit, or a used regulator arm in Europe ?
At the same time, I plan to replace the jaws' plastic pads and the felts (or whiskers), and I am also looking for appropriate kits, if they exist.
Thanks for your suggestions
