Title: Wood trim R.H.D.car

Is it possible to remove the wood trim at the base of the front windscreen without taking the rev counter and speedometer out,its a right hand drive car.How many fixing points are there Many thanks Mike  ???

Not easily. If you've never done it before I would recommend taking the instruments out for better access. Once you know what you're doing you can do it without taking them out but even then it's fiddly. Cut up an old plastic oil container and make some protective strips to put between the binnacle and the wood as you withdrawer it. This will prevent the sharp corner of the wood damaging the binnacle cover.
