Title: Pagoda B & W outline
Post by: Garry on January 23, 2013, 00:20:10
Does anyone have a black and white outline or pencil drawing/print of a Pagoda, single colour that I can use to print on a tote bag for the 50th celebrations?

Sorry to say that I have no idea who might own the rights to these...

Hi Garry,

In-case you need an opinion on any of these images below, second image would look best in a single color print.  :)

Thanks Kevin,

You don't have the higher resolution of the second and third items do you.

As soon as I start to blow them up they pixilate and will not be suitable.

Sorry, I don't... I bet those that Michael has will work best.

Hi Michael,

I just need one or two for the banners that will be used at the 50th Celebrations in Australia, then USA then Germany.  Just need those to finish off some proofs.

Could you sent to my private email at bytemarkspty@bigpond.com

Thanks

Hello Garry, this is a bit embarrassing, but here is a B&W outline sketch I drew when I was in high school when I should have been studying, I was about 16 at the time (am 54 now)

so you can see I am no artist. But I have always wanted a Pagoda..

I doubt its good enough to use, but you are welcome to if you want.

Regards

Paul

Paul,

I like that, can I have your approval to use it in one of the items for the 50th and if so do you have it in a higher resolution that you can send to me.

Sure, I have the original Ink drawing, I will scan it at a higher resolution and E-mail it to you.

Remember it's not that great, but you are welcome to use it.

Paul,

This is what I am thinking as a design on a Tote Bag for each participant with maps etc in them. I will need the higher resolution.

Great drawing Paul! I used to do the same thing when I was in school. Different cars though as the Pagoda had not been invented yet :)

Garry & Paul,

I still don't know if I will make it to the 50th event due to my dual life in Paris and California ... but would hate to miss out on that fabulous goody-bag you guys are putting together.  Looks nice ... amazing that you drew it that many years ago ... and still have the artwork.
