Title: Mercedes Benz Electronic Parts Catalog
Post by: 71Beige280SL on December 10, 2012, 12:58:52
Has anyone been able to sign up for the free subscription to the EPCnet Online? I have tried but it keeps sending me an error and asks to try later.

The site does not yet support Linux or Mac, so that avenue is out for me.  Are you PC?

I have both Mac and PC but, the error persists on my PC as well.

I haven't had any problems with EPC lately.  You might uninstall JAVA and then install whatever version of JAVA EPC says to install.  Or try on a different PC.    What is the error you get?

Scoot,

When I enter my credit card information and hit submit, I get a message that says something like an error has occurred with your order, please try again later. I have tried numerous times and get the same message.

Your problem may be credit card related. Occasionally I have had similar problems with some CC processing centers rejecting a particular card but accepting another. Don't know why.
Have you tried using another one?

For it to be free, you need a credit card with a US address.

I tried to renew multiple times with my American Express card, and it finally went through when I used Mastercard.

Login has been very slow about half of the time lately.
