Title: pertronix ignitor and flame thrower

can anyone help me with which pertronix ignitor and coil i need. Im planning on getting them but am unsure of the part#. The motor is a 2.8 m130 motor. Any help would be appreciated. ???

This seller has the matching coil as well, just ask for it.

Would this one be the correct version for a 1964 230SL as well?

I have installed three of these set in to M129 and M130 engines, they were all 051 distributors, I don't think that would make any difference.

A '64 230SL most likely has a vacuum advance '046' distributor in which case this one would not fit.
There is one available 1864??

I recently installed the 1864LA with white dot on the magnet, bosch red (actually more like burnt orange) coil, it works beautifully.  Had to grind off the little tab as indicated in the instructions, no drama.

this item seems to fit only Pagodas 230 and 250. The producer says that it is up to 67 models. Do you know if there is a model for late 280SL?

I have it running in a 280 engine, 051 distributor.
