Frigiking unit now out of the car....wow, that bracket (for compressor & alternator) is huge. Any ideas on where to find a stock (35 amp) bracket?? Do I need to change pulleys? Will the crankshaft pulley to power steering pump remain as a direct v belt set-up? What is the v belt set up with the alternator in it's stock lower RH position. What v belt is recommended? Thanks

Hello Brock,
New bracket for alternator necessary, see attached.
AFAIK available only used. Ask K&K, Bud's, Dan Caron, Gernold Nisius, SLS and the common usual sources.
Pulleys for crank and alternator should remain the same. Certainly you'll need a new V-belt for the alternator. Don't know exactly what size.

Hi Achim
Thank you for your reply.....I know Bud's & K&K, but who are the other sources you listed (AFAIK, Dan Caron, Gernold Nisius & SLS) and how do I contact them?

I'm near Athens, GA 15 min south by High Shoals, I drove out to Bud's and pulled the pulleys off a parts car when I took the Kuehl Meister out of my 230sl. I recall the belt size 9,5x935mm as the alternator belt for non A/C cars.
