Title: membership levels
Post by: n/a on June 15, 2004, 13:01:59
I see that every lister is assigned a "level" of membership, as regular, junior, senior, etc.  My question is:  is the "level" based on the member's knowledge, expertise, experience on the list, or simply loquaciousness?

Cheers  ;^)

It depends solely on the number of posts contributed. I wonder if platinum is the next level for me. I also wonder how many hours I have spent here to date! To many of us regular listers, checking this site has become a daily routine. For me, it is when I get up and have breakfast, before work. Then, in the evening, before calling it a day.

I was curious about the levels as well, so thought I'd resurect this thread so others could see it! Maybe we need a new level for us dummies that just ASK questions - not smart enough yet to post too many replys - but ONE DAY...  ;)

Sorry Cees and others at Gold Level... you have nothing left to aspire to (level-wise that is).

The levels are configurable for administrators. Note how I am always RED, no matter how many posts I post (not enough, mind you, but frequently wordy, or so I'm told!)
