Title: Speedo 4.08 to 3.27 calibration success?

Hi!
 Has anyone had total success when having their speedo/odo recalibrated after changing rear axle ratio from 4.08 to 3.27?  North Hollywood has, after charging $196 to "recalibrate", admitted that while they can get the speedo accurate, they CANNOT correct the odo. Almost 8% low is the best that they can do! Anyone have better luck? My local guy offered this result for $65! kb
