Title: Odo wheels' digits
Post by: 69 280 on April 11, 2012, 05:05:15
Can someone tell me why is it that the digit '6' on the odowheels are a different font to all the other digits. At first I tought that might be because they wanted to distinguish between 9 and 6. That theory does not hold however, because the digit '6' on the trip meter wheels are the "correct" font as the other digits.

Thanks Garry,
I did a quick serach but did not see the post.
It still does not answer why the trip meter has "normal" sixes?

I note you still have all the cars listed. So you are hanging on to the 280?
Oh, we need to talk re next year. there has been some development.

Hamid,

Still trying to get the roadworthy for the Jag and the 230 is still sitting in Sale waiting for an engine transplant with the guy not started yet and its been two months.  Slow progress but in the end the price will be right.  Then I will make some decision.

And the trip meter nick for tripping the '0' is in the 3 not the 6.
