Title: sl sills

does anyone know where I can obtain sills for a 1982 280sl in or around the birmingham area  am having great difficulty obtaining.

I don't even know what "sills" are. What are they?

Is that Birmingham Alabama or England?
A 1982 280sl is probably a type 107?

Be sure to change the jacking brackets - use ones fron an SLC - they are much stronger.
