Title: Bellhousing washer thickness

Getting ready to put the auto trans on the engine on the 280sl.  A selection of 10 mm washers came with the car.  I have thicknesses of 1, 2, 3, and 3.5 mm.  Any advice on which to use on the screws that hold the bell housing to the engine plate?
