A proper Beru set is available. I can't tell you what the part number is and it's very likely there isn't a MB part number for this set.
Most of the Bosch replacement sets I've seen have been wrong on several fronts:
carbon core coil wire
resistors on the wire ends
improper spark plug terminals with 90 degree ends
2K or even 5K spark plug terminals
Proper 230SL set should have no resistors on wire ends except for spark plug terminals with 1K ohms.
Spark plug terminals are bakelite without metal shields.
All spark plug terminals are straight for 113 style engines.
No carbon core wires.
About $65.00 for the set if I remember correrctly.

I just bought a proper OEM style set made by Karlyn for my 230SL. Only cost me $33 from www.autohausaz.com
Link to the product details as follows:
http://www.autohausaz.com/search/product.aspx?sid=wflzzd455ay1ov3eop0hal55&makeid=800016@Mercedes&modelid=1342729@230SL&year=1965&cid=25@Ignition Parts&gid=7228@Spark Plug Wire Set
I bought these for all the reasons listed by Dan (ie proper coil wire not carbon, no resistors, etc). These plus the 123 Distributor and red Bosch coil have made a profound difference to the engine performance.

Franjo,
What color are the spark plug ends and do they appear to twist onto the cable?

The PN for the set is 1301501318 and was available quite recently.
Failing that you could try magnecor:

Ray, my car is in the workshop waiting to get a rebuilt hydraulic coupling for the auto.
From memory I think the ends were black. When I get her back I can check the ends, etc and let you know.
